The primary function of the Qualified Autism Services Practitioner Supervisor (QASP-S) is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challenges.

The QASP-S consults with and teaches instructional team members regarding pro-active, educational, programming, and behavioral supports; develops and implements comprehensive treatment plans; and collaborates with team members, related services providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate. Provides support to Clinical Directors and BCBAs.

  • Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

This role focuses on developing effective treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and adjusting interventions as needed to support positive outcomes.

The BCBA provides guidance, training, and ongoing supervision to instructional and clinical team members, ensuring best practices in behavioral programming and proactive support strategies. This position also works closely with families, interdisciplinary providers, and external agencies to ensure coordinated and high-quality care.

In addition, the BCBA oversees the Registered Behavior Technicians and supports staff development through regular training and direct supervision.
