Qualified Autism Service Practitioner-Supervisor (QASP-S)

El Paso

My name is Natalia, and I am a Qualified Autism Service Practitioner-Supervisor (QASP-S) at Autism Behavior Support. I have been with the organization for a year and a half, starting as a Behavior Technician, advancing to Registered Behavior Technician and Team Lead, and now serving in a supervisory role. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Texas at El Paso and am currently nearing completion of my master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. I am passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based services that support meaningful skill development and promote independence for the children and families I serve. Outside of work, I enjoy bowling and spending time at the driving range.
