About Us

We provide services to our clients in the community, in our clinic, and in home as they are
needed. We accept several insurances including Tricare, Cigna, Magellan, Scott & White, and
Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Here at Autism Behavior Support, we offer Applied Behaviors Analysis (ABA) therapy to people
of all ages. ABA is an evidence-based therapy that focused on improving socially significant
behaviors. ABA is an effective treatment for children and adults with Autism and other
psychological disorders.

We assist our clients with many skills, especially those that will help them transition to a
successful independent lifestyle. For example, we can hold mock interviews or help them learn
how to track their medication. Our main focus is helping our clients have a happy and
successful life!

Randy Anderson

Randy Anderson – Senior Team Lead, RBT, BCAT

Hello, my name is Randy and I am originally from Anaheim, California and Flagstaff, Arizona. I am a military wife and moved to Texas about three years ago. I am one of the Team Leads at Autism Behavior Support, where I run sessions for our clients, support the staff, and accrue supervisee hours. When I started my first position as an ABA therapist, I got my BCAT and RBT certification. I have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology that I completed in 2015 and I am currently working on my Master’s in psychology specializing in ABA. Once I have completed my Master’s degree and supervisee hours, I plan to take my exam to become a BCBA. I continue to do trainings as much as I can so that I can support the staff and provide the best services to our clients.

Carissa Incorvaia – TEAM LEAD, Applied Behavior Analysis Technician

Hi My name is Carissa.  I have recently moved from Georgia to Texas with my husband and my 4 children.  I have been an RBT for almost 3 years now. I have a degree in Human Services and Behavioral Science and hopefully by next year I will complete the coursework for my degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis.  I have always loved working with children, so I feel becoming an RBT was a good fit.  I don’t have much free time. Like most people I balance work, school and family but when I do, I will catch up on some reading.  I also love spending weekends with my family outdoors exploring new places.

Mayumi Cervantes

Mayumi Cervantes – Team Lead, BCAT

Hello everyone, my name is Mayumi Cervantes. I’m from Guadalajara, Mexico, and moved to Houston, Texas in 2007. I recently got married to my best friend Anthony Luke in March 2020, with whom I share the love of two dogs (Bono and Amy), as well as a cat named Athena. We spend our free time playing video games, hiking, kayaking, and our favorite hobby of all, seeing live music. Fun fact: we got engaged at a Metallica concert. We met freshman year at A&M university; where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, and a minor in Women’s Studies in 2017. I currently attend the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor seeking a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with an interest in psychiatric nursing.

I am a bit shy in large groups because I get lost in the conversations due to hearing loss from my right ear, but I love one on one conversations in English and in Spanish! I have been working with children using ABA therapy for over a year, and find it extremely rewarding to watch the lives of the children I engage with get easier as they learn new skills that I helped shape. They teach me, just as much as I teach them. I am happy to be a member of the Autism Behavior Support team.

Sonia Stone

Sonia Stone – Team Lead, RBT

My name is Sonia Stone, and I’m forever young! I have 13 years of experience working in the ABA field with adults and children with all different backgrounds. I love hands on work from 1:1 in ABA to dying hair and building furniture. I’m bilingual Spanish/English and a big talker.  I love to plan events and trips. In my spare time, I like to take trips, explore new places, and try new foods. I’m a foodie, I love food.  I have two strong-willed children that keep me on my toes – never a dull moment!
