Mary Ayala MA

My name is Mary Ayala, and I am the proud owner of ABS. For the past 20 years, I have dedicated my career to serving individuals with special needs, a field I am deeply passionate about.

I hold a bachelor's degree in legal studies with an emphasis in justice studies, a master's degree in education with a focus on leadership, and a second master's degree in applied behavior analysis with a specialization in autism. I am currently pursuing a doctoral degree in applied behavior analysis.

Originally from Puerto Rico, I am also the proud mother of two young adult children. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dogs and exploring new destinations through travel.

Luis A. Ayala was born in Puerto Rico, where he began his career in public service at an early age. He graduated from the Puerto Rico Police Academy in 1995 as a police officer and earned an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College.

In 2008, Mr. Ayala joined the United States Army as an engineer, gaining extensive leadership, operational, and problem-solving skills across multiple states. He earned a bachelor's degree in Public Safety Administration from Grand Canyon University in 2014 and a master's degree in Management from Keiser University in 2016.

In 2019, alongside his wife Mary Ayala, he co-founded Autism Behavior Support, LLC — an organization dedicated to providing ABA services to children on the autism spectrum. As Operations Manager, he combines his leadership background with a passion for serving families and children with special needs.

In 2022, Mr. Ayala proudly transitioned from active duty and became a U.S. Army veteran. He continues to apply his military discipline and business acumen to the growth and success of ABS, while remaining committed to making a positive impact in the communities he serves.
Luis Miguel Ayala LM

Miguel Ayala is a Human Resources admin with a strong background in people management and problem solving. He served in the U.S. Army from 2017 to 2021, where he worked in administrative and personnel support roles that focused on helping service members navigate policies, resolve issues, and maintain operational readiness. After completing his military service, Miguel transitioned into the ABA field and has been with Autism Behavior Support (ABS) since 2021. Miguel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and currently works in HR at ABS, where he focuses on supporting staff, improving workplace processes, and helping resolve workplace concerns. He enjoys the problem-solving aspect of HR and finds the role similar to the work he did in the Army, helping people find solutions and ensuring systems run smoothly. Outside of work, Miguel enjoys coordinating charity events within online gaming communities and editing videos. He is passionate about bringing people together for good causes and building positive communities both professionally and in his personal interests.

Hi, I'm Luis "Fernando" Ayala — a pre-med student with a background in IT management and hands-on experience in both healthcare and behavioral therapy. I'm working toward a career in cardiothoracic surgery and have had the opportunity to grow in a variety of roles, from managing IT systems to working directly with clients as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in an ABA clinic.

I also have experience in phlebotomy, data analysis, and scientific writing, and I'm especially interested in topics like toxicology, muscle regeneration, and cellular biology.

I'm passionate about learning, problem-solving, and helping others, and I thrive in both fast-paced and collaborative environments.

Hi, I'm Mayumi Luke — a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who started out as a Registered Behavior Technician back in 2019 and fell in love with Applied Behavior Analysis. I earned my B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M University and completed my master's in ABA from Capella University in 2023.

Originally from Mexico, I'm proud to be a bilingual provider fluent in both Spanish and English. Being able to support Spanish-speaking families and connect across cultures is something I value deeply.

Outside of work, I'm a proud mom to a curious 2-year-old and have been happily married for 6 years.

I specialize in parent training, focusing on equipping caregivers with practical, evidence-based strategies that make a real difference in daily life. I am truly grateful to be doing what I love.

I serve as the Office Manager at our El Paso location and have been with the company since September 2024. In my role, I oversee daily clinic operations, including managing schedules, coordinating insurance authorizations, and ensuring clear, timely, and accurate communication with the families we serve. I also provide ongoing support to our clinical team, fostering a collaborative, organized, and positive work environment that allows our staff to focus on delivering high-quality care. Driven by a strong commitment to our clients and their families, I am dedicated to supporting our mission of providing exceptional ABA therapy services. I take pride in promoting efficiency, consistency, and a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Originally from Puerto Rico, I spent several years traveling around the world while supporting my husband throughout his Army career. After Fort Bliss in El Paso became his final duty station, our family decided to make El Paso our permanent home, and we have proudly lived here for the past 12 years. We are the proud parents of three grown children. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, going RV camping, and relaxing at home with a good show or movie.

My name is Marietza. I currently work as an Administrative Assistant at A.B.S. in Colorado, a position I have held since October 2024. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration from Florida International University.

Prior to relocating to Colorado Springs, I lived in Miami, Florida, where I gained valuable experience working in administrative roles within a mental health hospital setting. These experiences allowed me to develop strong skills in healthcare administration, data management, attention to detail, and compliance with healthcare documentation and procedures.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring new places, camping, and spending time at home organizing and maintaining a comfortable environment. I value balance between professional growth and personal well-being.

I have been with the organization for a year and a half, starting as a Behavior Technician, advancing to Registered Behavior Technician and Team Lead, and now serving in a supervisory role. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Texas at El Paso and am currently nearing completion of my master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. I am passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based services that support meaningful skill development and promote independence for the children and families I serve. Outside of work, I enjoy bowling and spending time at the driving range.

Hi! I'm Kritsia, the Office manager for our Killeen location and have proudly been with Autism Behavior Support for five years.

During this time, I've enjoyed supporting our team, families, and daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

I am currently continuing my education and working toward completing my degree in Medical Office Technology, which allows me to further strengthen my knowledge and skills in healthcare administration. I truly enjoy being part of a team that serves children on the autism spectrum and take pride in helping create a welcoming, supportive environment where they can grow and thrive.

I'm passionate about maintaining an organized, positive space where both staff and families feel valued and supported.

Hi! I’m Frankie, the Regional Clinical Director of Texas. I am a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong passion for supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. My journey into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis began with a deep interest in child development, which I pursued through my Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and later expanded with a bachelor’s degree in English. I now hold a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis, further strengthening my clinical knowledge and commitment to evidence-based practice I have been an integral part of Autism Behavior Support for nearly five years and have had the privilege of serving as the Director of our San Antonio and Killeen locations for the past four years. Throughout my tenure, I have truly valued being part of such an exceptional team and mission. I am passionate about building strong, collaborative relationships with caregivers and team members, as I believe consistency and support across environments are essential to meaningful progress. In addition to my professional role, I am also a proud mother of two wonderful children who fill my days with love, laughter, and a little bit of chaos. Being a mother allows me to approach my work not just as a clinician, but as a parent who recognizes how meaningful even the smallest milestones can be. This perspective fuels my passion for supporting families and creating positive, lasting change in the lives of the children we serve. In ABA, we don’t just shape behaviors — we build bridges to independence, communication, and connection. Passion fuels the patience, and data guides the direction.

I’m also pursuing a degree in Financial Analysis with a minor in Commercial Real Estate, and I'm actively involved in the Real Estate Club and the Women in Business Association. Through both my work and academics, I continue to build strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Outside of work and school, I enjoy reading, running, and golfing, which helps me stay balanced and motivated.

Hello, my name is Hannah! I have hands-on experience working closely with my nephew, who is on the autism spectrum, which has strengthened my patience, empathy, and understanding of individualized care.

I also have a background as an Activities Assistant, where I developed a strong passion for life enrichment and creating meaningful, engaging experiences for others.

In my free time, I enjoy creating art and handmade jewelry, which I sell online, as well as spending time outdoors and off-roading. I look forward to getting to know everyone and working together as a team!
