About the Role
Autism Behavior Support (ABS) is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Colorado Springs team. In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral support services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other behavioral or communication-related needs.
You will focus on developing effective treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and adjusting interventions as needed to support positive outcomes — all within a supportive, collaborative team environment.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral support services for children with ASD
- Develop effective treatment plans and monitor client progress
- Adjust interventions as needed to support positive outcomes
- Provide guidance, training, and ongoing supervision to instructional and clinical team members
- Ensure best practices in behavioral programming and proactive support strategies
- Work closely with families, interdisciplinary providers, and external agencies
- Oversee Registered Behavior Technicians and support staff development through regular training and direct supervision

Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience designing and overseeing ABA treatment plans for children with ASD
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
