RBT / Behavior Technician (BT)

El Paso, TX Full-Time & Part-Time $18 – $22/hr

About the Role

Autism Behavior Support (ABS) is hiring RBTs and Behavior Technicians for our El Paso location. Be part of a growing team making a real impact in the lives of children with autism through evidence-based ABA therapy.

Whether you're an experienced RBT or just starting your career in behavior therapy, ABS offers the training, mentorship, and support you need to grow — all while making a meaningful difference every day.

What You'll Do

  • Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a BCBA
  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure treatment fidelity
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

  • RBT certification preferred (BT entry-level welcome — we'll help you get certified!)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass a background check
  • Reliable transportation
  • A genuine passion for working with children with autism

Sessions take place in client homes and community settings. Reliable transportation is required.
