Your Role as BCBA
The primary function of the Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challenges.
- Plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support service delivery options
- Consult with and teach instructional team members regarding pro-active, educational, programming, and behavioral supports
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Collaborate with team members, related services providers, families, and other agencies
- Manage and provide ongoing training and direct supervision to team members
- Provide supervision in both home and clinic settings

Requirements
- Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience with operational management
- Active BCBA certification
- 30 billable hours per week
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to adjust to new technology
- Must be flexible to travel to clients homes to provide supervision and direct services
