Autism Behavior Support (ABS) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the San Antonio area. Work in a home-based environment with paid mileage and guaranteed hours, making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.

What You'll Do

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session
• Collaborate with families and clinical team for consistent care
• Participate in team meetings and professional development

What We Offer

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain — we'll help you get certified!)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation (required for home-based services)
• Must pass a background check
