Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians to join our Killeen team and work directly with individuals in a clinic environment. In this role, you will provide personalized behavioral support designed to help clients develop communication, social, and independent living skills.

All treatment strategies are rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and are implemented under the ongoing guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

What You'll Do

• Observe clients and accurately record behavior and skill development data
• Follow BCBA direction when assisting with skill-building programs and behavior reduction plans
• Implement individualized lesson plans to teach targeted skills
• Foster and encourage social skill growth in clients
• Share progress updates with parents and caregivers in a clear and professional manner
