Your Role as BCBA

The primary function of the Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challenges.

  • Plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support service delivery options
  • Consult with and teach instructional team members regarding pro-active, educational, programming, and behavioral supports
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
  • Collaborate with team members, related services providers, families, and other agencies
  • Manage and provide ongoing training and direct supervision to team members
  • Provide supervision in both home and clinic settings

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience with operational management
  • Active BCBA certification
  • 30 billable hours per week
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to adjust to new technology
  • Must be flexible to travel to clients homes to provide supervision and direct services
