Your Role as a QASP-S

The primary function of the Qualified Autism Services Practitioner Supervisor (QASP-S) is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other behavioral, social, and communication challenges.

• Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting programming as needed
• Providing supervision and consultation to instructional team members
• Teaching proactive, educational, and behavioral support strategies
• Collaborating with team members, related service providers, families, and community agencies
• Ensuring services are delivered ethically and in accordance with best practices

Requirements

• Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Active QASP-S certification
• Availability to maintain 20–30 billable hours per week
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new and evolving technology
