Your Role as a QASP-S
The primary function of the Qualified Autism Services Practitioner Supervisor (QASP-S) is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other behavioral, social, and communication challenges.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting programming as needed
- Providing supervision and consultation to instructional team members
- Teaching proactive, educational, and behavioral support strategies
- Collaborating with team members, related service providers, families, and community agencies
- Ensuring services are delivered ethically and in accordance with best practices

Requirements
- Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active QASP-S certification
- Availability to maintain 20–30 billable hours per week
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new and evolving technology
