Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the Role

Autism Behavior Support (ABS) is looking for a compassionate, dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our growing Colorado Springs team. You'll work directly with children diagnosed with autism, providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home and clinic-based settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

What You'll Do

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home and clinic settings
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure treatment fidelity
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

• Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days — we'll help!)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
