Hi! I’m Frankie, the Regional Clinical Director of Texas. I am a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong passion for supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. My journey into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis began with a deep interest in child development, which I pursued through my Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and later expanded with a bachelor’s degree in English. I now hold a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis, further strengthening my clinical knowledge and commitment to evidence-based practice I have been an integral part of Autism Behavior Support for nearly five years and have had the privilege of serving as the Director of our San Antonio and Killeen locations for the past four years. Throughout my tenure, I have truly valued being part of such an exceptional team and mission. I am passionate about building strong, collaborative relationships with caregivers and team members, as I believe consistency and support across environments are essential to meaningful progress. In addition to my professional role, I am also a proud mother of two wonderful children who fill my days with love, laughter, and a little bit of chaos. Being a mother allows me to approach my work not just as a clinician, but as a parent who recognizes how meaningful even the smallest milestones can be. This perspective fuels my passion for supporting families and creating positive, lasting change in the lives of the children we serve.
