Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Autism Behavior Support is hiring motivated Registered Behavior Technicians who are passionate about helping children build meaningful skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). RBTs work directly with clients in clinic and home environments while receiving ongoing supervision and guidance from a BCBA.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, structured programming, and being part of a collaborative clinical team.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA services using individualized treatment plans
  • Run skill-building programs targeting communication, social interaction, and daily living skills
  • Implement behavior support strategies as outlined by the supervising BCBA
  • Record session data accurately and consistently
  • Participate in supervision meetings and training opportunities
  • Provide clear, professional updates to caregivers
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical and HIPAA standards

We are seeking a motivated Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in clinic and home settings.
